Emplaced in the heart of the Nahuel Huapi National Park, this 5-star hotel was built with original luxury materials such as cypress and hemlock wood, keeping the original Canadian essence intact. The Bustillo Building, inaugurated in 1940, houses 162 rooms, with 11 Studios and 12 Suites. The Standard rooms have garden vistas, while the Lago Studios and Suites offer panoramic views to the Lakes, and the Junior Suites have a separate living room. Notable rooms include the Suite Lago Superior, overlooking the lakes and housing a fireplace, the Presidential suite, with a 80 square metre terrace, dining room, a double jacuzzi and Scottish shower, and the Lago Moreno Cabin, with two rooms, two bathrooms, a dining area, and a fireplace, as well as privileged views of the Moreno Lake and Tronador Peak.

The Moreno Wing, opened in 2007, contains 23 Lago Moreno Studios, with ample windows, balcony, terrace, bathroom and jacuzzi; 17 Lago Moreno Suites, with jacuzzi, living room, ample windows, a fireplace, balcony, and terrace; 2 Lago Moreno Master Suites with a terrace, double jacuzzi, lake vistas, and a fireplace, and the Royal Lago Moreno Suite, with a fireplace, a double jacuzzi, sauna, dressing room, living room, and kitchenette.

Staying at Llao Llao Hotel Resort grants access to various seasonal activities, organised by the hotel. Tenis, trekking, mountain bicycle courses, archery classes, gymnastics, spinning, functional training, live shows, and the majestic In-Out pool are all available to guests. The Spa also offers treatments and special programs of up to 6 days, that take the Argentinian essence and the modern techniques to leave the body and skin rejuvenated and rested.

The Argentinian Restaurant serves the best Patagonian Lamb plates, as well as prime meat and fish, while the Llao Llao Bistró houses a warm ambience to try regional dishes and desserts. On the main entrance, the Lobby bar serves lunch and dinner, happy hours, and musical shows. The Piscina Bar serves cocktails directly on the jacuzzi, so guests won’t miss a single moment of relaxation, while the Llao Llao Cellar guards the best regional wines. The Beer Bar at the Espacio Lago Moreno offers artisanal beer, brewed in Patagonia.
