At the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, ARGO bar has solidified its place among Asia’s cocktail elite, earning the #9 spot on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024. Renowned for innovation and storytelling, ARGO now presents its latest cocktail journey: the “Combinations” menu.
Curated by Beverage Manager Federico Balzarini, the new menu embraces simplicity, turning ten familiar ingredients—like pineapple, corn, cacao, bergamot, and hops—into complex, layered expressions. Signature creations include the Pineapple Highball, made with fermented pineapple honey and jasmine-infused fruit, and the Bergamot & Wood Gimlet, a multisensory experience enhanced by a bergamot-sandalwood hand cream ritual.




Each drink uses ingredients in multiple forms—skins, juices, shrubs, or smoke—to minimize waste while maximizing taste. “Focusing on a single ingredient not only demonstrates its various uses but also underlines sustainability,” says Balzarini. Collaborations with local producers, like Taboocha Kombucha and Citibrew Honey, highlight ARGO’s commitment to community and conscious sourcing.
Beyond the glass, guests can enjoy gourmet bar bites by Executive Chef Maxime Luvara, such as takoyaki and avocado tacos, or indulge in sweet surprises like the Hong Kong Egg Waffle with milk tea ice cream.
