Working closely together in meeting the discerning needs of yacht owners, ABS and Hesen are pleased to announce their new 50-metre semi-displacement gem, the third of three sisters of an impressive class. This Jade code yacht is being built at the Oss shipyard under the supervision of the American Bureau of Shipping inspector.
As part of the Heesen traditions, the YN 20350 is powered by two advanced MTU 16V 4000 M65L engines IMO Tier III, allowing a top speed of over 23 knots and a transoceanic range of 3,100 miles at 11 knots. The speed comes from smart naval architecture rather than raw power, with hull design optimization producing efficiency gains of 12 percent. This combination of speed and design providing a shallow draft makes it an ideal vehicle for cruising the shallow waters.

Heesen’s 50-metre fast cruiser class is the first of its kind below 500 GT to meet IMO Tier-III regulations. A curvaceous, sporty exterior design by Omega Architects complements Jade’s performance with sharp design features, while the way its optical and actual centre of gravity overlap creates a well-balanced, elegant appearance. Another key exterior feature is the subtle reverse sheer towards the bow, which improves visibility from the bridge and accentuates the yacht’s elegant profile.
Thanks to the elevated sundeck on the aft deck of the main deck, Jade boasts a full-height beach club, bringing the hub of outdoor activities closer to the water.
Twelve guests can be accommodated in five staterooms, with the master suite located on the main deck forward, and two twins and two doubles on the lower deck. Acclaimed Italian designer Cristiano Gatto is responsible for the modern yet welcoming interior design. Architectural elements have been designed to offer new owners an inspiring setting to customise to their taste and lifestyle.
Available for delivery in spring 2024, the jade project will offer a platform of craftsmanship design and intelligent engineering that will provide a seamless experience for the discerning customer.
