This gastronomic paradise, located within the Grand Hotel Quellenhof, is a testament to culinary art and boasts three Michelin stars, one green Michelin star, and 18 GaultMillau points.

Chef Wassmer’s philosophy focuses on creating an atmosphere of well-being where guests can immerse themselves in authentic and natural experiences. With a capacity for 36 people, including six coveted seats at the bar with a direct view of the open kitchen, the restaurant guarantees an intimate and engaging dining experience. The restored old wooden parquet flooring from the original Grand Hotel Quellenhof, built in 1869, adds a touch of historical charm and enhances the overall ambiance.

The menu at Memories is a dynamic reflection of the seasons, with surprise tasting menus of 7, 9, or 11 courses. Each dish, such as the exclusive Mountain Char with burnt spruce cream, is crafted to evoke the rich Alpine traditions and natural beauty of Switzerland. To complement the culinary delights, there is a carefully selected non-alcoholic beverage pairing, ensuring that each guest finds their perfect combination.

Opened in June 2019, Memories invites guests aged 12 and over to embark on an extraordinary culinary adventure from Wednesday to Saturday evenings. Without a formal dress code, the restaurant emphasizes comfort and authenticity, allowing guests to focus on savoring each moment and dish. Whether seated at the bar or at a table, every visit to Memories is a celebration of taste, tradition, and timelessness.
